AI Quantitative User Experience Research LeadMetaResearchUser ExperienceInstagram Strategic Priorities in Relationships, Creativity, and GenAI is at the heart of this role. This role is horizontal and focuses on Instagram Sharing priorities in measurement around relationships (friends, creators), sentiment of key cohorts, and the value of sharing as our creative tools and Instagram evolve. This role spans domains across public sharing with influential creators (and the role of public content in trends), to friend sharing with private sharing products (and the value of friends in our products).AI Quantitative User Experience Research Lead Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics
• Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products
• Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
• Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
• Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders
• Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designsMinimum Qualifications
• Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent
• Experience with survey design and response effects
• Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests
• Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
• Bachelor’s degree with 22+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, product research and / or development, Master’s degree and 20+ years relevant experience, or a PhD and 15+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in leading other researchers in large-scale collaborations
• Hands-on experience assessing impact of generative AI on users
