A client of Insight Global is a fast-growing brand in the U.S. market, specializing in premium outdoor living solutions and luxury pergola systems. We’re known for delivering exceptional service, creative design, and a high-end customer experience. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Customer Experience Manager to help drive growth and elevate our client engagement.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to final installation. You’ll work directly with warm leads, conduct site visits, prepare custom design proposals, and close deals. Every customer interaction should reflect our brand’s commitment to quality and luxury.
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary : $42,000 Base or ~$3,500 / month to start.
- Commission : 5% on all sales.
- Performance Raise : 20–25% base salary increase after 12–24 months of consistent target achievement.
- Annual Bonus : Based on performance.
- Equity Opportunity :
2% equity vests after 2 years of successful performance.
Additional 1% vests each year thereafter.Equity capped at 7%.Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of B2C sales experience, ideally in high-end products or large-scale projects.Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.Backgrounds in car sales, real estate, or similar industries are a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills.Comfortable using CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).Physically able to conduct on-site measurements and client visits.Must pass background check and drug panel screening.Performance Expectations
