Shift : First Shift

Position Summary :

This is a permanent opportunity with one of our customers in Springfield, Ohio.

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Production Coordinator to take ownership of new and ongoing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting daily deadlines. The Coordinator will provide hands-on leadership, ensuring associates are operating safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include verifying that all fixtures are functioning properly and supporting overall production flow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support associates to promote a safe and productive work environment
• Oversee and manage multiple projects with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Perform daily checks to ensure all fixtures and equipment are in proper working condition
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks

Qualifications :

Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills

Proven ability to coordinate effectively with team members

Demonstrated dependability and strong attendance record

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Certified or demonstrated safe forklift operation skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
