job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and assist visitors, patients, and staff members at the front desk in a healthcare location, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies and procedures. Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols. Maintain accurate records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, as well as any security-related incidents or unusual activities. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel as needed to support security-related functions at the location. Follow all Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior at the front desk area. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
