Job Description

Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project momentum

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors

Ensure compliance with medical specific construction protocols and infection control standards

Manage daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of successfully completing ground-up healthcare construction projects as a Superintendent

Holds current certifications relevant to medical construction (e.g., ASHE, ICRA)

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Willing and able to travel throughout Georgia and the Southeastern U.S.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
