As they continue to scale, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead financial operations across multiple sites. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility to executive leadership and significant influence on business decision-making.
Position Overview :
The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, strategic financial planning, and operational analysis across several manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing finance and demonstrated success in driving financial performance and process improvement in a complex, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP& A) activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Partner with plant and operations leadership to support cost analysis, pricing strategies, and capital investment decisions.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Drive standardization and efficiency in financial processes across all locations.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M& A evaluations, footprint optimization, and profitability improvement efforts.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and GAAP standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple sites.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.8–12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in manufacturing.Proven experience in multi-site finance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost accounting.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach.Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to influence cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desired) :
CPA designation or MBA.Experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm.Experience working in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment.ERP system implementation or optimization experience.Why Join This Opportunity :
