Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for experienced Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility located in Bergen, NY. These are excellent Direct Placement opportunities.

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. This position involves maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility machinery to uphold productivity and quality standards.

Job Duties :

• Keep detailed records and schedules for preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in small-scale projects and provide support during shifts.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and adjustments of various machinery and components.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using provided resources.
• Ensure efficient operation of building services and assist in long-term planning.
• Execute preventative maintenance plans for building services and equipment.
• Assist in plant production tasks during peak seasons.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving and waste reduction initiatives.
• Maintain product quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
• Report safety, sanitation, and quality issues promptly.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Pay : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour plus shift differential

2nd and 3rd shift positions available
