The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team and take the lead in delivering accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates across various project stages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing project costs, managing bid processes, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful preconstruction planning.

What You'll Do

Cost Estimating & Analysis :

• Develop detailed cost estimates from conceptual design to final pricing.
• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and precise pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids, market conditions, and project risks to create competitive pricing strategies.
• Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.

Preconstruction & Project Planning :

What You Bring

6-8+ years of construction estimating experience, specifically in commercial projects.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Deep understanding of general conditions, cost structures, and scheduling.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Experience with estimating software like Building Connected, On-Screen Takeoff, Planswift, Destini Estimator, Timberline Estimator (not required).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with precision.
