The Opportunity : We are seeking an accomplished Audit Leader (Director | SR. Manager | Partner) to join our leadership team and lead our Audit practice in Irvine. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the firm’s audit and assurance practice, managing client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and shaping the growth strategy of the practice.

  • Position : Audit Director | SR. Manager | Partner - SEC Exp.
  • Location : Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Leadership Role

What You’ll Do (Duties)

  • Lead and expand the assurance practice, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships across diverse industries.
  • Oversee multiple audit engagements, from planning through reporting.
  • Mentor and develop staff at all levels, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive business development, networking, and client acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with the executive team to set strategic vision and firm-wide goals.
  • Provide technical expertise, staying current with industry standards and regulations.

    • What You Need (Qualifications)

  • CPA license in good standing (required).
  • 12+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with significant audit leadership.
  • Proven track record as an Audit Leader : Director, SR. Manager, Partner, or Principal in a public accounting firm.
  • Strong SEC Exp.
  • Strong technical background in GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting (preferred).
  • Business development experience with a strong local and regional network.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Must be local to the Orange County / Irvine area.
