We are seeking two experienced Onsite Project Managers to oversee a large-scale casino project in Virginia. These roles are critical to ensuring successful delivery, from preconstruction through project closeout, with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule. Candidates must have prior casino or large hospitality project experience and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced builds.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead the onsite management of a large casino construction project in Virginia.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner, design team, and field operations.
• Drive problem-solving, risk management, and proactive communication throughout the project.
• Manage project reporting, documentation, and closeout.

These positions are onsite in Virginia. Candidates must be willing to work onsite full-time for the duration of the project.
