What You'll Do
- Inspect and measure composite modules and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Partner with production operators to quickly address and resolve quality concerns.
- Document results clearly and accurately-your reports matter.
- Identify and stop non-conforming products from moving forward.
- Perform resin and material testing in our on-site lab.
- Collect, prepare, and evaluate samples for testing.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technical staff to maintain quality excellence.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.1–3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production (composites a plus).Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused in a fast-moving environment.Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Excel skills a plus.Great communicator and a true team player.Why You'll Love Working Here
