Director Consulting

Key Skills / Knowledge : Provide support and guidance to assist with business transformation, address business and IT challenges, often serving as an ongoing or on-call advisor to assist as needed. Specialize in a certain area – such as technology or financial strategies or certain product lines or services. Serve as a liaison between client executives and TCS or customer internal specialists and departments. Expected to have extensive experience related to a broad range of business topics. This is a client-facing role, so consultant must be comfortable interacting with external contacts, as well as internal stakeholders across multiple departments and at all levels including senior management. Responsibilities :

• Serve as a technical expert who leverages knowledge, skills, and experience to help deliver results to clients in various sectors.
• Perform research and develop techniques to identify and mitigate threats, staying abreast of all emerging threats and develop creative solutions to solve customer issues.
• Provide industry-leading solutions, including but not limited to latest technology trends.
• Lead large, client-facing projects while mentoring / training junior team members.
• Assess current state, develop and present comprehensive strategies and recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute plans.
• Understand customer business drivers and strategies, OKRs, architectures, cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models, KPIs, to measure and monitor benefits realization.
• Utilize automation, orchestration to reduce manual processes, improving overall efficiency while also enabling new capabilities to meet the rapidly changing client needs.
• Foster client relationships, develop and grow TCS business.
• Support sales effort, including but not limited to solutioning, develop proposals to generate net new business for TCS Qualifications :
• Experience with Cloud, Agile, DevOps, Databases, Architecture, programming languages and processes.
• Fluent in enterprise resource planning and business process analysis.
• Prior consulting experience.
• A critical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail and adaptability.
• Skilled at collaboration and able to lead when necessary.
