A company is looking for a Sr. Communication & Change Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a bridge between the corporate organization and account team to ensure effective communication
Own the strategy, planning, and delivery of all account-wide communications
Manage feedback mechanisms to gauge communication effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, organizational development, or related field
3-5 years of experience in internal communications or change management roles
Proven track record in executing change communications aligned with enterprise strategies
Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and survey platforms
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills across various functional areas
