Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices, local codes, and safety regulations ? Proven ability to manage and train installation teams ? Excellent communication and leadership skills ? Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively ? Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred ? This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee installation operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards for every project.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with installation technicians, coordinators, the warehouse / inventory manager, and the sales team to complete projects on time and within budget.
