Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A growing infusion pharmacy is seeking a skilled Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in a brand-new facility that recently tripled in size.

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour Day shifts between 8 : 00 a.m. and 7 : 30 p.m., with rotating on-call weekends

Type : 13-week contract-to-hire

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sterile pounds for acute conditions, including IV hydration, TPNs, and antibiotics.

Dispense medications, monitor patient therapies, and provide clinical consultation to medical and nursing staff.

Oversee pharmacy operations, including technician supervision, order verification, and munication with providers.

Monitor drug therapies and offer pharmacokinetic dosing advice to optimize patient outes.

Ensure pliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations.

Requirements

Arizona pharmacist license in good standing.

Minimum 12 years of recent, direct infusion pharmacy experience

Strong clinical knowledge and excellent munication skills to collaborate with patients and providers.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and confidently take ownership of responsibilities.
