Job Overview Briggs Roofing Company is seeking a motivated and coachable Construction Sales Consultant to join our results-driven team. This is a full-time, high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives in a structured, value-based environment and is ready to represent a respected brand with over 40 years of regional trust. You'll be the face of Briggs Roofing for homeowners in Idaho and Wyoming, guiding them through our proprietary WeatherXT solution-designed specifically to protect homes from the region's harshest elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a personal sales quota of $1.25M annually with a minimum 30% closing ratio
• Conduct 6-8 sales calls per week, focusing on one-call closes where possible
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with at least 30% self-generated leads
• Build relationships with homeowners, identify roofing issues, and present solutions based on WeatherXT
• Perform on-site inspections to assess risks and collect accurate project data
• Collaborate with production teams by defining detailed scopes of work and communicating all customer expectations
• Maintain all data and customer records within company CRM
• Attend weekly sales training sessions and team meetings
• Participate in sales contests and travel-based performance bonuses
