Structural Heart Business Mission : Why We Exist
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
This position will serve as business advisor to the Division and Area Vice Presidents. The primary function is to develop and analyze sales data to support business strategy for the Structural Heart Business. This includes collaborating with other departments (Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales) to fully develop an understanding of the issues and opportunities that impact sales. Overall, the goal of the position is to create and analyze data; draw conclusions and / or proposals based on the data; and consult leaders of the organization so that strategic decisions can be made that influence current and future sales trends.
What You'll Work On
Serve as a business advisor or internal consultant to Division Sales Leaders, Directors, and Corporate Sales ExecutivesCreate sales trend reports using data from Business Objects, Salesforce, Power BI and other systems (advanced Excel skills needed).Translate data into usable analysis that tells the story of the business trends and is actionable to sales management teams (PowerPoint and communication skills needed).Analyze sales performance reports and meet regularly with senior sales management to provide insight and help make business decisions.Support the facilitation of quota / performance management through measurement and analysisMonitor key sales metrics to identify business drivers and trends that impact performance. Then assist in developing strategies to address issues.Support the development and execution of sales strategies, including territory optimization, and go-to-market initiatives.Collaborate with other organizational groups, such as Product Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations to research and resolve issues, drive sales initiatives, and plan for new product launches.Coordinate and lead training and / or onboarding for Corporate Sales Executives, Directors, and VPs with regards to Operations, Analytics, Business Planning, and applicable toolsInitiate, lead and organize projects from beginning to end, ensuring that analyses are comprehensive, relevant, coordinated, and utilizes the appropriate sources of information.Establish priorities and balance many individual and group projects in a fast-paced, changing business environment.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum 7 years of related work experienceExceptional strategic and analytical skills; including above average knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other database resourcesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to work independently; show initiative, self-motivation and a solid work ethicWork well within the team, utilizing different individual strengths to improve outputDemonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships in other organizational groups, at multiple levelsQuickly adapt to changing business conditionsStrong business acumen, judgment and problem-solving skills in order to translate analysis into recommendations and conclusionsExcellent verbal communication skills from quick thinking on conference calls to presentations at senior manager meetingsGood judgement, integrity and professionalism failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulationsPreferred Qualifications :
Masters or MBAMedical device experience in the structural heart spaceThe base pay for this position is $112,000.00 $224,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
