In this role, you will lead the contracts team, oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your strategic insight will be pivotal in optimizing our contracting processes and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the contracts team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiencies in the contracts process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, to align contract activities with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support on complex contract issues and proposals, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Review and approve contracts and modifications, conducting thorough risk assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and trust.
• Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement, implementing best practices in contract management.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders regarding contract status and performance metrics.
