SAP Project Manager

Role & Responsibility of client PM -

• 15+ years of experience.
• Should have SAP Functional or technical background with experience on S4 Hana.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology phases and deliverables, especially fit-to-standard workshops
• Ensure adherence to the overall project schedule and milestone plan.
• Align and facilitate toll-gate reviews in coordination with Client and stakeholders.
• Present consolidated project status reports to the Steering Committee.
• Lead and drive regular project governance meetings for issue escalation and decision-making.
• Manage project risks and mitigation plans effectively, maintaining a risk register. Drive change management initiatives and support organizational adoption of S / 4HANA Public Cloud.
• Own and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement.
• Track and validate project deliverables to ensure alignment with defined scope and quality.
• Monitor and report on Client say / do ratio and partner accountability.
• Facilitate timely business user availability for key project phases (SIT, UAT, training, etc.).
• Ensure comprehensive data management (including leading Data cleansing by expediting OmniOn's actions in 4.7C) and migration activities for successful cutover to S / 4HANA Public Cloud.
• Advocate for standard SAP best practices, minimizing customizations where possible.
• Ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SoW) in all project deliverables and Client commitments.
• Coordinate dependency and integration management between business and IT workstreams.
• Track issue logs and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support audit and compliance documentation during project lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT teams, and Client for cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology phases and deliverables, especially fit-to-standard workshops.
• Ensure timely Release Upgrade Testing in line with SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud release cycles.
• Facilitate access provisioning - including SharePoint, S / 4HANA systems, and documentation for all project managers.
