What You'll Do

Lead and manage tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits.
Review and prepare complex returns including 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065.
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services across industries.
Stay ahead of tax law changes and communicate insights to clients and team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expert guidance.
Research and resolve complex tax issues with confidence and clarity.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and support.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA required; EA a plus.

5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax strategy and compliance.

Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, etc.).

Experience with various entity structures including C-Corp, S-Corp, and partnerships.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
