Construction / Maintenance Administrator
Griffin Memorial Hospital and the Children's Recovery Center are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage activities related to construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment. This position provides leadership to construction and maintenance technicians, licensed trade specialists, and others responsible for both new construction / renovation projects and ongoing facility upkeep.
Key responsibilities include :
Job type and salary : Full-time, MondayFriday, 40-hours per week. Annual salary : $49,750 / yr - $23.92 / hr. FLSA status : Exempt. On-call rotation : Required; compensated at $1.00 per hour during on-call status.
