A company is looking for a GTM Operations Sr Manager to optimize the operational foundation for its go-to-market team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the process for setting, tracking, and reporting on pipeline, revenue, and quota targets
Act as a liaison between sales and IT teams to evaluate and enhance the GTM technology stack
Build and maintain dashboards to track revenue and pipeline contributions across sales and demand partners
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations
Power user of Salesforce.com and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with prospecting and sales engagement technologies (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Demandbase)
Proven ability to manage and analyze pipeline, revenue, and quota targets
Experience in evaluating and optimizing sales technology for improved team productivity
