About The Position

• Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for acute patients with a focus on holistic, individualized care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centric care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families, ensuring safe transitions of care
• Maintain a therapeutic, safe, and compliant environment in accordance with hospital policies and standards
• Delegate tasks appropriately and mentor new staff as needed
• Document and update patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting care plans as necessary
