This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to work various shifts - including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays - and can respond to short-notice shift changes.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
