Restaurant General Manager

Fast Casual Restaurant

Our popular, fast-casual restaurant is searching for a Restaurant General Manager! We are proud to take care of our associates by focusing on continuous learning and development. Our Fast Casual Chain has 38 restaurants in Minnesota and is continuing to grow.

Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager

Compensation : $60k to $65k plus 20% bonus potential (paid quarterly)

Job Description : The Restaurant General Manager maintains accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant; the continuous delivery of customer service to all guests; the maintenance of restaurant quality; the leadership and development of team members; the creation and maintenance of an environment of trust, credibility, dignity, and respect. The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The Restaurant General Manager would ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained consistently.

Qualifications :

  • Three plus years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager
  • A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
  • Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess
  • The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation
