Responsibilities Work at a Level III regional hospital as a multi-modality CT and X-ray technologist Day shifts are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM Weekend shifts may be requested based on staffing and FTE requirements On-call required every fifth or sixth weekend, depending on staffing needs No floating to other units required Patient population includes adult and pediatric cases; pediatric experience preferred but not required Performs routine radiology exams, CT scans, and may work in the OR using GE C-arm Equipment includes Siemens Drive 256-slice dual source / dual energy CT scanner and GE C-arm Epic is used for charting Must be comfortable working independently in a multi-modality role May be expected to perform in the operating room and cover routine radiology Modules must be completed pre-start during Day 1 orientation and count toward training time No blocked scheduling requests allowed A maximum of 10 days RTO is allowed per 13-week contract, with blackout dates where RTO is not permitted First-time travelers are accepted Local candidates eligible if living less than 75 miles from the facility Candidates previously employed by the health system internally or through travel / perm roles in the last 2 years will not be considered Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience, with at least 1 year each in CT and X-ray Current ARRT RT(R) and (CT) certification required AHA BLS certification required Strong competency in C-arm, head, chest, and extremity X-ray procedures Experience with Siemens and GE imaging equipment required Experience with Siemens Drive 256-slice scanner and CCTA preferred License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627908.
