Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. The role includes providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.
