Certified Nursing Assistant, Overnight In-Home Care

NurseCore is seeking an experienced and dependable CNA to provide in-home care for a paraplegic adult male client in the Southwest (Rhodes Ranch) area. This position is ideal for someone with strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a calm, confident presence. Shifts are overnight, Friday through Sunday, 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am.

What you'll do :

• Assist with bedtime routine and personal care
• Prepare meals as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, including dishes
• Run errands as needed
• Support mobility using a Hoyer lift, while the patient uses upper body strength to assist
• Provide hygiene care and maintain dryness throughout the night
• Respond to occasional requests in the middle of the night (e.g., snacks or comfort items)
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to ensure safety and timely assistance
• Perform other duties as necessary
