PRODUCTION LABORER

Monday - Friday

8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

$12.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Report directly to the Head of Production and CEO, following all assigned production instructions, schedules, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide regular updates regarding production delays, equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or material shortages.
  • Report to the CEO as requested, providing updates on production performance or other assigned tasks.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently while meeting daily production goals.
  • Follow detailed production instructions to prepare, mix, and package raw materials and finished products according to company standards.
  • Ensure all products meet quality specifications through visual inspection and adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and product quality.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery and tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
