A company is looking for a Support Specialist to serve as the front line of their support team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming technical support requests
Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Accurately document customer interactions and manage support tickets
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common hardware components
Understanding of basic network concepts (TCP / IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) and experience with ticketing systems
Jamf 200 certification is a nice to have
