What You’ll Tackle
- Own compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ensuring process conformity and first-time-right execution.
- Create, maintain, and improve PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow documentation.
- Develop and validate inspection and test procedures; verify effectiveness on the shop floor.
- Lead containment for nonconforming product; deploy corrective and preventive actions with embedded lessons learned.
- Run process / product audits and capability reviews to confirm stability and performance.
- Author clear reports and KPIs; translate data into decisive actions.
- Support policy development and provide training to elevate quality maturity across teams.
Expect a hands-on environment with occasional urgent needs. Flex to support critical plant issues approximately 1–2 times per month, which may not always require being on site.
What You Bring Required
Minimum 2 years in a quality role within automotive or manufacturing.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.Intermediate exposure to machining or assembly processes.Audit execution and compliance assurance experience.Preferred
BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.Experience in driveline or broader automotive manufacturing.Proficiency with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow mapping.Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset.How You Work
