A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver telephonic Comprehensive Medication Management services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic CMM consultations balancing clinical quality with efficiency and productivity goals

Ensure participant encounters result in clear recommendations and appropriate follow-up

Document interactions accurately and maintain accountability for consultation volumes and follow-up

Required Qualifications and Education

Active pharmacist licensure in required states

Experience in Comprehensive Medication Management or similar clinical settings

Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to pharmacy services

Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support team growth

Experience in precepting pharmacy students or interns is preferred
