The Clinical Manager maintains the quality of client care in accordance with the Agency's objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, and implementation and evaluation of the home health services provided. This position also directs and manages the field staff of the Agency while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patient / family and referring Agency.

All patients assigned to the provider numbers in the employee's area of responsibility.
