Customer Service Representative
Foster Blue Water Oil, LLC seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative at our West Branch Bulk Plant .
Position Duties and Responsibilities :
- Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
- Assist customers at the counter.
- Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
- Processing customer orders.
- Posting payments daily in the computer system.
- Reconciling daily deposits.
- Filing and scanning documents.
- Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
