Warehouse Supervisor - Urgently Hiring!

The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity
• Embrace and practice FCA's Leadership Principles
• Coordinate activities to ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental standards.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed
• Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures
• Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.
• Must be willing to work 2nd shift and Overtime.  1st is 5 : 30am to 3pm, 2nd is 2 : 30pm to midnight.
