Who We Need

Our litigation team is looking for an associate attorney with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to work in our property insurance litigation, antitrust, and subrogation practice groups. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all phases of discovery.
• Prepare dispositive motions.
• Conduct examinations and depositions under oath.
• Conduct extensive document review in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• Investigate and litigate arson and other fraudulent insurance claims.

Salary

$95,000 – $110,000 per year depending on experience and skillset.
