Implementation Support Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Support Specialist to support the deployment of enterprise software solutions. This role works closely with project leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely implementation of new systems. You’ll be involved in daily coordination, data migration, testing, and client communication to ensure successful go-lives and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Support project leads during client implementations, including on-site and virtual meetings
  • Draft weekly client updates and organize project documentation and deliverables
  • Analyze product and feature gaps between client needs and current system capabilities
  • Assist with client data conversion and mapping into proprietary systems
  • Test and validate data conversions in coordination with software engineers
  • Document technical specifications and identify issues during implementation
  • Conduct thorough testing of new software features, reports, and server maintenance releases
  • Become a subject matter expert on complex product features and lead client training sessions

Requirements :

  • Previous software implementation, integration or rollout experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with software testing and data migration processes preferred
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the criminal justice field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field
