Patient Services Specialist-Melbourne

$ 18 - $ 20 / Hour

Location : Melbourne, Florida

Contractor : Health & Life Sciences

LHH Recruitment Solutions has several Patient Services Specialist positions open with our client in the following FL locations : Melbourne, Rockledge, Malabar, Palm Bay & Cocoa Beach. These are onsite, contract roles for three months.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient check in and out processes
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
  • Verify patient insurance coverage
  • Collect co-pay and payment information
  • Respond to patient phone calls, providing information and assistance

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma plus two years of medical office experience required

    • Knowledge / Skills

  • Proficiency in EPIC required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills

    • Work Hours / Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (8 AM -5 PM)
  • $18-20 / hr.
