Abacus is currently seeking an Electrical Install Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. The Electrical Install Manager oversees the Electrical and Generator Install Division. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, planning, and execution of the division's activities. This includes leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the division meets its financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives, and policies for the division.
- Keeping up to date with NEC requirements and municipal jurisdictions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and install professionals.
- Provide a constant flow of product and Generator installation and Electrical installation training.
- Drive the Electrical and Generator Install department through training and development of field technicians.
- Coach electricians and generator technicians on how to increase revenue per hour, decrease failed inspections & recalls, and manage monthly truck revenue.
- Oversee and manage the division's budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties.
Qualifications :
