Workday HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary techno-functional expert for Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting

Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and develop optimized reports for analytical and operational purposes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity

Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits configuration

Strong experience with Workday Integrations and Reporting

Deep understanding of Workday Security, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields
