Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is looking for a hands-on Automotive Market Assistant Manager to help support and guide our local team of Photo Reps and Account Managers who serve automotive dealerships. This position offers opportunities for tremendous growth and upward mobility.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in automotive or service managementlike an Assistant Market Manager, an Inventory Specialist at a car dealershipor an assistant manager at AutoZone, Pep Boys, or another customer-service-based business. We're looking for someone who is seeking a career path with growth potential in the automotive industry!
Note : This role requires light travel throughout the territory (St. Louis, Central Illinois and Central Missouri).

What You'll Do :
Support the Market Manager with daily operations and team scheduling.Coach and lead a team of photo and service reps.Build relationships with local car dealerships.Conduct quality checks on services and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate on local strategies to grow services and improve performance.Occasionally visit dealerships to support new products or service opportunities.What You Bring :
2+ years of team leadership or assistant management experience (automotive or service industries).A passion for leading by example and building strong teams.Customer-focused mindset with basic tech and communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required).Automotive knowledge is a plusbut not required.What We Offer :
Competitive hourly pay ($20+ / hr) plus monthly commission (approx. $50K+ total compensation).
