Position Summary :

  • We are seeking a Citrix Expert with deep expertise in on-premises, cloud, and migration solutions to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Citrix environments.
  • This role requires hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and large-scale Citrix migrations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Citrix Infrastructure Management : Deploy, configure, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (on-prem and cloud).

    • Migration Expertise :

  • Lead Citrix migrations from on-prem to cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or hybrid environments.

    • Cloud Integration :

  • Implement and optimize Citrix Cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms.

    • Citrix ADC (NetScaler) :

  • Configure and manage Citrix ADC for load balancing, application delivery, and security.

    • User & Application Virtualization :

  • Design and manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and published applications.

    • Performance Tuning :

  • Optimize Citrix environments for scalability, performance, and high availability.

    • Security & Compliance :

  • Implement security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access controls.

    • Troubleshooting & Support :

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Citrix-related issues, including user access, performance, and networking problems.

    • Automation & Scripting :

  • Utilize PowerShell and Citrix APIs to automate deployments, configurations, and monitoring.

    • Documentation & Training :

  • Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to IT teams.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Expert-Level Citrix Knowledge : Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS).

    • Migration Experience :

  • Proven experience in migrating Citrix environments from on-prem to cloud.

    • Cloud Expertise :

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud in Citrix-hosted environments.

    • Networking & Security :

  • Strong understanding of load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, and Active Directory integration .

    • Scripting & Automation :

  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Citrix SDK, and APIs for automation.

    • Troubleshooting Skills :

  • Deep knowledge of diagnosing Citrix, Windows Server, and virtualization issues .

    • Certifications (Preferred) :

  • Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V), or equivalent.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience with Citrix Workspace, Citrix WEM, and FSLogix .
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and Active Directory Group Policies .
  • Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix in Citrix environments.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Citrix deployments (1,000+ users) .
