The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for homeowners, assists with application processing, maintains accurate records, and handles general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in both verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and forward calls appropriately.
Respond to homeowner inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Review sales, lease, and ARB modification applications to ensure completeness before processing.
Issue and record bar code labels accurately in the system.
Draft and compose professional correspondence to homeowners.
Contact homeowners by phone or email regarding community-related matters.
Schedule meetings and assist with posting notices.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for various administrative records.
Handle filing, mail distribution, and general office organization.
Provide support on special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay Rate : Up to $48k DOE
Full-Time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
