Join our White Elephant Aspen Team , part of White Elephant Resorts , a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen .

White Elephant Aspen , a premier mountain destination known for refined service and understated elegance, is seeking a full-time, year-round Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead and elevate our housekeeping team.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in maintaining luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every detail is flawless. You’ll supervise, train, and support a team of room attendants, turndown staff, and public area attendants—while also stepping in to clean and inspect rooms when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence
• Train, inspect, and support staff to meet and exceed White Elephant brand standards
• Coordinate room assignments and ensure timely turnover of departures and stayovers
• Inspect rooms and public spaces, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail
• Support linen / laundry operations and chemical handling procedures
• Report maintenance issues and collaborate with Engineering and Front Office teams
• Maintain a culture of positivity, accountability, and proactive guest service
