Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user experience research studies to inform product development
Collaborate with design, content, engineering, and product teams to understand research needs
Analyze data and synthesize insights to deliver actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI / HFE, HCDE, or related field
At least 5+ years of experience in research and design
Proficiency in ethnography, data analytics, and research methodologies
Experience in the security or compliance industry is a strong plus
