Mechanical Director of Preconstruction

Required :

• 10+ years ofmechanical experience with Commercial / Multi-family / Design Build / Tenant finish / Office
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Piping products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of mechanical functions, ductwork modifications and design
• Field Experience
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
