CDM Smith is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Technical Services Unit (TSU), providing HR support to the Water Services Group. Reporting to and working in partnership with the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will provide strategic HR leadership, driving initiatives that align with corporate objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in mitigating organizational risk and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will be an advisor to business leaders for matters regarding talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation, training, and other HR programs and policies that impact the business unit's ability to successfully achieve its objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.

Pay Range Maximum : $128,128
Additional Compensation : All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
