Backend Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Backend).

Key Responsibilities

Ship major features end to end across the JavaScript and Clojure codebase

Address and resolve complex backend issues as they arise

Contribute to the development of user-focused data tools

Required Qualifications

Experience in Clojure or a strong desire to learn it

Track record of shipping complex products

Solid computer science background from a CS program or relevant experience

Ability to make and articulate sound technical judgments

Familiarity with JDBC and database integrations is a plus
