We specialize in Commercial Ground-Up, Tenant Improvement, and Design-Build Projects, under $5 million . With a reputation built on quality, trust, and long-standing relationships, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.
We're looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to join our team - someone with strong analytical skills who can confidently prepare detailed project estimates and, along with a construction team and Senior Management, manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate Hard Bids and Budget Estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
- Identify trade scopes and issue Invitations to Bid (ITBs)
- Prepare professional, client-ready proposal packages
- Develop and track project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members
- Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Approve invoices and monitor project costs
- Ensure project quality, safety, and schedule are maintained throughout construction
- Represent AJB professionally with clients, consultants, and agencies
