GLC On-The-Go is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Baker, West Virginia.

LPN – LTC

📍Location : Baker, WV

⏳Assignment Length : 4 weeks (possible OT & extension)

🕒Shift : 6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM

📅Start Date : ASAP

📌Hours : 36 hours per week minimum

✅Requirements : WV State Requirements, 1 year LTC experience

Pay Package :

Travel Pay : $15 / hr | OT $42 / hr | Weekly Non-Taxable : $1,000

Local Pay : $28 / hr | OT $42 / hr
